I am awful when it comes to him, I spam him in my avatars and signatures in nearly every forum I am on. Plus he is based in my country and is an ambassador for my obsession in the Eastern European culture.

It's Dimitar's 28th Birthday on 30th January, and I don't think I've ever seen him look so happy and contented as he does now. Good Luck to him, and according to the BG press, he'll be celebrating with girlfriend and friends.

I have to admit that that pic there is not my favourite one of him. I always thought there he looks uncannily like Calum Best, the son of George Best and I have seen Calum look exactly like that. Plus I've read that site earlier and I am very happy that he is in Adidas since Adidas is my favourite sports label and I have several of their shirts.

About time he was in a TV AD outside of BG, and in the UK where he plays every week!

Apparently he's getting better and better with Man United and I think he's going to be really big here like Cantona was. Plus I am glad that somebody who is Eastern European is in one of the international ads for a change, for some strange reason they often get left out. I am very happy that he is getting all the attention rather than Ronaldo or one of the Chelsea players.

Hear hear! He always still was playing well, but at last he's getting some praise for a change from the MU Fans and bitter journos.

He deserves to be in an AD on TV rather than Thierry Henry all the time, but the Eastern European players often get ignored.

That's very true and that is what annoys me is them getting ignored. I have to admit that I am getting sick of Henry and even though he is not with Arsenal anymore, he's still in those international adverts.

A team of journalists from the Bulgarian daily "168 Chassa" (168 Hours) claims that Bulgaria's football star and Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov could soon become father.

During Berbatov's presentation of the UNICEF book "I can too" in Sofia, the journalists reportedly spotted Berbatov's girlfriend - the beatiful Bulgarian model Elena, who appeared pregnant with a belly showing on her slim model frame.

A while ago Elena moved incognito to Manchester to be with Berbatov.

Meridian Match, a Bulgarian daily sports newspaper, concentrating particularly on football, also writes about the upcoming happy event, claiming Berbatov already shared with some of his closest team mates from the Bulgarian National football team the news.

During the book's presentation Berbatov was quoted as saying; "One day I will, for sure, have kids."

He's looking relaxed and happy. Wonder if it's true?

I've heard about this on other websites and no article ever says that Mitko has confirmed it himself. If he was interviewed and said it I believe it but he didn't is where I have doubts especially if it is from gossip mags.

Ah is that Berbatov's nickname then Mitko. HEHE it's funny.

Mitko is his shortened name in Bulgarian. Over here they seem to call him Berba.

Ah right. LOL I much prefer the Berba nickname than Mitko.
